Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device. Some are essential to make a site work; others help the site owner understand how it’s used.

Your choice

When you first visit, we ask whether you’re happy for us to use analytics cookies. Nothing is set unless you click Accept. If you click Reject, or ignore the message, no analytics cookies are used.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We remember your choice in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie), so we don’t ask you again on every page.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

Tool	What it does	Cookies it sets	How long they last
Google Analytics 4 (Google)	Counts visits and shows which pages people use, so we can improve the site	_ga, _ga_*	Up to 2 years
Leadinfo (Leadinfo B.V., Netherlands)	Recognises which companies visit our website, from their business IP address, so we can follow up with organisations that may need our help	_li_id, _li_ses	Up to 2 years

We use this information in aggregate, to improve our website and marketing. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use advertising or social media tracking cookies.

Cookie-free statistics

We also count visits with our own analytics tool (Umami), which runs on our own server. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you: it records anonymous statistics such as which pages are viewed, where visitors came from and what kind of device they use. Because nothing is stored on your device, it runs whether or not you accept analytics cookies.

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, your message is stored on our website server and emailed to our team through SendGrid. The form doesn’t set any cookies. You can read how we handle the details you send us in our privacy policy.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The ICO has more information about cookies.
